For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on face masks or opened/used cosmetics.

Refunds are eligible for unused items in their original packaging, as long as you inform us within 14 days of receiving the item.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the items to us.
Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs and ensuring the safe transit of items.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and verify the returned items are in a resaleable condition, using the original payment method.
