Chest is the shirt’s own measurement all the way around, not your body measurement – for a normal fit choose a chest roughly 8-10 cm bigger than yours. Easiest check of all: lay a t-shirt you already like flat, measure straight across the chest, double it, and match the closest number above. Allow a centimetre or two either way, as these are measured by hand.
