The flag that added everyone who kept getting left off, in a pin you can wear to work.
The six rainbow stripes are the ones you know. The chevron pushing in from the side is what makes it the Progress flag: white, pink and light blue for trans people, brown and black for people of colour, with the black stripe also carrying those living with HIV and AIDS and those we have lost. It points forward on purpose, because the point of the design is that the work is not finished.
